The Cedar
Every home can be built with either the Gambrel (Nantucket style) or Gable (more classic) roof style. Both styles have an array of roof lines that cover the welcoming bluestone front porch. Sunlight spills through enormous palladium windows and sliding French doors on the main floor. The Cedar home can be built with the master suite on the main floor or with the option of a master suite on both floors.
The Cedar features a gorgeous kitchen with oversized island with breakfast bar. The kitchen is adjacent to the family room, with its vaulted ceiling, for convenient entertaining and a relaxed lifestyle.
This home has 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and one powder room and approximately 4,000 square feet with an additional 1,100 sq. ft. possible if the lower level is finished. Of course, custom options are available to suit your individual family needs.
